Who are we?
Jerry Murphy Tyres (road and rally tyres), established 1987, is one of the leading suppliers of tyres in Cork. We supply tyres, alloy wheels and batteries for cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy good vehicles, agricultural, industrial and motorsport applications.

We are agents for major tyre manufacturers such as Goodyear, Dunlop, Bridgestone, Michelin and Semperit. We are also agents for leading alloy wheel manufacturers such as OZ, Compomotive, Speedline, amongst others.

We are agents for battery manufacturers such as Banner, AC Delco and Phoenix.

All tyres, wheels and batteries in our stock conform to EU standards, and we make sure that they provide exactly the correct tyre for your car.
FREE TYRE CHECK
We will check your tyre condition at any time - FREE OF CHARGE with no appointment necessarary to ease your mind. The legal limit for minimum depth of the tread on your tyres is 1.6 millimetres, across the central ¾ of the tread going around the complete circumference of the tyre.

Punctures:
We are able to fix most punctures quickly and economically, whether for car, truck, or anything in between.

  • We will inspect your vehicle with you before any work is carried out and agree with you what needs to be done.
  • We will keep you fully informed so if we come across any complications you will know, and will not go ahead without your say.
  • Sometimes when a tyre is nearing the end of its useful working life, it can be an experienced estimate as to whether that tyre should be replaced now or left for another while. We will set out the options to you as clearly as we can.
